Materials & provenance

Alpaca is prized for a silky handle and a low tendency to pill. The fiber comes from smallholder farmers in the Peruvian highlands working by traditional methods, with sustainability monitored throughout. Softer than cashmere, warmer and stronger than lamb's wool, and produced without harsh chemicals.
